Lockon Stratos (ロックオン・ストラトス, Rokkuon Sutoratosu) was a fictional character in the Gundam series, Mobile Suit Gundam 00. His real name was Neil Dylandy. He was a Gundam Meister and piloted the GN-002 Gundam Dynames.
Born Neil Dylandy, Lockon was raised in Ireland. He witnessed the death of his parents and sister Amy, at a young age, in a terrorist attack, and has carried a deep resentment towards terrorists ever since. This was the motivating factor towards his joining Celestial Being and continuing action in the organization.
Lockon has a brother named Lyle, but chose to remain out of his life, and neither saw each other. He has an orange Haro that helped him in piloting his Gundam. He also owned blue, violet, pink, and green Haros that did the maintenance on his Gundam and are related to the orange Haro as well as the purple Haro of Nena.
In episode 19, Johann Trinity revealed that was a part of the organization responsible for the deaths of most of Lockon’s family. In confronting him about it, Setsuna did not deny his involvement, and even implied that he would understand if Lockon were to kill him, given that his hope to eradicate war would continue in Lockon. Lockon, however decided against shooting him understanding that their real enemy is the man behind KPSA, Ali Al-Saachez.
During the GN-X assault on the Ptolemaios, Lockon was injured defending Patrick Colasour's attack on the GN-005 Gundam Virtue, resulting in not only the near-destruction of Dynames (of which the cockpit was damaged beyond repair), but also an impairment of his right eye, the extent of which was unknown. When Lockon was told that he would have to stay on the Ptolemaios for 3 weeks in order to make a full recovery, he instead resolved to keep on fighting, despite Dynames' damaged state and his own physical limitations.
During another joint UN incursion, Lockon launched Dynames with the GN Arms after being told that Ali Al-Saachez is part of the assault force. Lockon destroyed two UN mobile suit carriers with the GN Arms attachment. However, a timely intervention from Ali Al Saachez in a back attack destroys the arm cannon of the GN arms, interrupting Lockon's attack on the last carrier. He escapes the mobile armor as a cannon shot blasts apart the GN arms. Lockon then turns his attention on Ali Al-Saachez and initially overpowered the stolen Throne Gundam but was soon overwhelmed by a suicide strike by the Union pilot Daryl Dodge's severely damaged GN-X. Ali Al-Saachez took the opportunity to take advantage of Lockon's inability to see his right side and damage the Dynames using Throne Zwei's Fangs, damage Lockon's Gundam by taking out its remaining limbs. As a last ditch effort, he jettisoned from the cockpit, connected his sniper module into a drifting GN Arms cannon, and attempted to shoot down Ali Al-Saachez. Lockon and Ali fired simeaultaneously at each other and both units took massive damage. After the GN-Arms cannon was hit, Lockon drifted into space as he reflected upon the world. Setsuna F Seiei, who was returning from Earth, attempted an ultimately unsuccessful rescue mission to save Stratos. Lockon's last action was to point at the Earth in an homage to his sniper background and say that he hated the world's current state. He ultimately met his end when the GN Arms cannon exploded.
Dynames was returned to the Ptolemios by Lockon's orange Haro.

Ali Al-Saachez (アリー・アル・サーシェス, Ali Al-Saachez) is a fictional character and a major antagonist in the Gundam series, Mobile Suit Gundam 00. He first pilots the AEU-09 AEU Enact while in the PMC Trust, he then pilots the AEU-09Y812 AEU Enact (Ali Al-Saachez custom), but later pilots the GNW-002 Gundam Throne Zwei after stealing it from Michael Trinity.
The nemesis of Setsuna and Lockon and a primary villain in the series. Ali Al-Saachez is the man whose voice recording was being broadcasted across the Kurdish battlefield in the events leading up to the appearance of the O Gundam in AD 2301. Currently a top field officer under the private military contractor known as the PMC Trust. He has some relationship with Setsuna's past. After Setsuna found his secret base where he was hiding the kidnapped Massoud Rachmadi, he was left with no doubt as to the identity of the pilot of Exia. Saachez considers himself a mercenary, and flies the latest AEU Enact mobile suit. However, France promised him the mobile suit Agrissa to capture the Exia unit. He was serving in the French Foreign Legion under the assumed name of Gary Bradge of the 4th Independent Squadron.
He is an excellent mobile suit pilot and a cunning strategist. He has been shown to fight Gundams to a standstill with a mere Enact mobile suit. Furthermore, he is also shown to be highly skilled in the arts of hand-to-hand combat. However, he would rather not engage directly if the chance to have an advantage is given beforehand, like when he shot Johann Trinity on the shoulder before a Gundam battle or ambushed the Dynames Gundam from behind.
In the past, Saachez attempted to create a group of freedom fighters and convinced young children that they were fighting in the name of God. It is made clear in the same episode that Saachez commanded children to murder their own parents as proof of faith and devotion. Thus Setsuna's hatred towards him is due to the fact that Saachez influenced him to murder his parents. He is a man addicted to war and does not want it to end. By his own admission, he is the 'worst kind of human'. His love of war seems to fuel his opposition to Celestial Being. Saachez murders Kinue Crossroad, after telling her top secret information. He later expressed interest in obtaining one of the 30 GN-X units in order to battle against Celestial Being.
After killing Kinue Crossroad and Laguna, Ali pursued the Trinity siblings to an island where they were supposed to rendezvous with Wang Liu Mei. After shooting Michael Trinity, he steals the Throne Gundam Zwei. After bypassing its biometric security system using Veda, he overwhelms Gundams Eins and Drei, killing a weakened Johann Trinity in the process. However, Setsuna arrives just in time on the battlefield to rescue Nena, the sole survivor of the Trinity siblings. With the assistance of the Trans-Am back-up program set up by Aeolia Schenberg, Setsuna's Gundam manages to beat Ali. Nevertheless, Ali successfully retreats from the battlefield to fight another day.
Later, Saachez, under his alternate identity, joins the UN assault force attack on the Meisters. Saachez, true to his nature, does not charge headlong into the conflict like the rest of the UN Army. Instead he hangs back, only moving in to engage the Gundams with Throne Zwei when they are distracted or overwhelmed. He finds Lockon destroying the carrier ships with his GN Arms and is able to destroy the GN Arms. Saachez and Lockon engage in a vicious close-range battle. Saachez realizes that Lockon cannot see on his right side after Daryl Dodge interrupts their duel to attempt to avenge his fallen comrades. Using Zwei's GN Fangs, Saachez is able to severely cripple Dynames, forcing a retreat into an asteroid field. As Saachez searches for Dynames, Lockon, who has exited the suit, targets Zwei using one of the GN Cannons from his destroyed GN Arms. Saachez spots Lockon and charges at him after a heat signature is detected by his unit. While Saachez fires a shot from Throne Zwei's GN Handgun to critically damage the GN Cannon, Lockon fires a shot from the GN Cannon that destroys Throne Zwei. Ali Al Saachez survived the Zwei's explosion through unknown means. 4 years later, he is seen with a drink in hand and seems to be frustrated, most likely about the union of the world via the newly-formed Earth Sphere Federation and its dissolving of each member nation's armies, replacing each with an Earth Sphere Federation peacekeeping army. Because of such, more or less, war is no longer necessary.
Alì is the one that ordered the terrorist attack in Ireland that killed Lockon's parents. When the guy discor this truth the hate that he prove for him grow with no limits. It's that hate that let Lockon fight even if injured, until the end in the episode 23. During the epiosde Alì said to Lockon that their "the same" cause like him Lockon is in a team that pick fight with all the nations, but Lockon answer is "I'm not like you" cause Lockon have good own motivation to fight, Alì is ony a man that love pain and wars. The match against those two end with the episode 23, where the pour Lockon lost the life...
A fanlisting is, quite simply, a listing of fans. Fanlistings are similar to any other group or club you might join. You can join a fanlisting to 'show your love of something.' Most fanlistings have small codes, buttons, or plaques available which you can display on your own website if you'd like. Our site definition of a fanlisting is: "A fanlisting is simply an online list of fans of a subject, such as a TV show, actor, or musician, that is created by an individual and open for fans from around the world to join. There are no costs, and the only requirements to join a fanlisting are your name and country. Fanlistings do not have to be large sites (although some are); they are just a place where you can sign up with other fans. TheFanlistings.org is the original (but not official) web directory for fanlistings, dedicated to uniting the fans." [From thefanlisrings.org]
